Ordered a yellow kanchivaram silk saree from kalyani silks website on 14th August 2021 and received saree on 20th with following issues:
1) The product us not Kanchivaram silk.
2) Color and design mismatch from image shown on website.
3) Quality of products material and color is very poor.
They stopped responding over mail and what’s app after delivery. Tried to reach them out multiple times on what’s app and their email ID and no one is responding back.
