I bought a metal rack from Flipkart. The plastic lock to is so flimzy that it cannot hold the weight of the metal rack. I cannot use it in anyway. As soon as it was delivered on 11 June. I tried to assemble it. The metal came down as the plastic lock came off. I cannot even use one rack. It’s a useless product to me. Flipkart is not ready to refund. I don’t want the replacement as again the same product will be delivered. Does not make any sense. I need a refund. See the plastic lock pic I attached. It looks only so poor..
