Bought a pair of Nike men’s sandals from Flipkart (Order ID – OD327177578008415100). Cost Rs 4682. Received the product on 29 Jan 2023. Hardly wore them for 2 months before they developed a quality issue in both the sandals. The air pockets at the hells of the sandals lost their air retaining capacity and they no longer provide the cushion support to the heels. Instead they make very awkward noise while walking. Contacted the flipkart customer support as well as tried contacting the seller via flipkart, but no resolution provided by them yet. Pics have been attached for better understanding of the issue. Kindly help.
