i purchased a bluetooth speaker with 2 wireless earbuds for 1439/- in a combo offer from www.ezeedeals.in website. i received only 1 ear bud which is totally different from the picture & description.
i purchased M3 band for 499/- from the same site which stopped charging after 2 days of receiving the product.
This site uses payumoney as payment gate way. payumoney does not respond to calls and emails. i send a mail to payumoney to stop payment to this vendor, but they ignored my mail.
ezeedeals does not respond to emails , they do not have a customer support. The number and email address are spoofed , not real. They use VOIP numbers to call customers to confirm order delivery. there are no refunds or replacements. oraganized fraud
This ecommerce site sells very poor quality products imported from china/taiwan. But the images on the their website attracts you .
