I have been facing multiple issues with regards to Airtel off late, their network is bad and so is the internet! please help fix, i have tried contacting their customer service multiple times but they keep closing the ticket without resolution. I have escalated o multiple checkpoints but nobody from airtel has ever tried to contact me to resolve my issues, instead all the service requests are being closed in 6-7 business days.
