It seems that you are trying dirty gimmicks to delay the matter which will be more disastrous. Attend the matter urgently. I have already sent u image with all product details.
Whether U feel any duplication of your scrap product and find ways to disown the same. Better mend your deceptive manners to dupe customers with your substandard product. U play with safety of public.
