1. I did not accept the order
2. I was not informed about the cancellation charges policy
3. When i order food, i assume that the quality of the food which i get is not degraded. I received the food which was all cold and soggy. When i pay nearly 1000rs for food, you should consider the order on priority and get it delivered first to me.
4. I was not able to contact the delivery partner.
5. When I contacted the delivery partner, he told me that he was assigned with other deliveries and that other deliveries were before me. So it took a long time for him to deliver my order. and hence my food quality was compromised.
6. You can go through my call recording of the customer care executive, I was not informed about the Cancellation charges.
7. I am a regular Zomato User, and such type of practice from zomato are not expected. Wastage of food is not because of me, it’s because of your planning of multiple deliveries. I also insisted your customer executive replace my order with good quality, he denied!
