Text of Complaint by Abhijeet Anand:

This complaint is regarding Order ID: 407-4634667-3235516.
The packaging was very poor and the product delivered was physically damaged. I immediately requested for replacement and “Amazon Return ID: DVxqf6qRRRMA” was generated. The pick-up person refused to accept the damaged product and deliver the fresh product (with him) and asked me to produce a fresh piece. How would I produce a fresh piece for him if I received a damaged product? I requested him to clarify the things to the pick-up person but he refused to talk and abused me before leaving immediately.
Since then, I have talked to customer care five times and the pick-up has been scheduled for six-time. The same person has been appointed for pick-up every time. He stopped receiving my calls and didn’t come for pick-up. A pick-up was scheduled on today (24.06.2021) but the problem persisted and no pick-up has been done. Today, I have been again harassed and abused by that pick-up person and he didn’t coordinate with me.

Such a pathetic customer care service from Amazon.
