Ordered a Hyderabadi chiken biryani (New Delhi, 4 Apr 2023). Paid Rs.482, but received a cold handi with salty rice and tasteless chicken. Order delivered from Shahpur Jat area.

No accountability from bbk- the customer care executive took it very lightly, and offered rs.100 coupon for next order. They are not concerned about solving issues with the current order! Demanded a proper response from the franchise and waiting for call back, if any, from any responsible person in the team.
