I have ordered thali from Zomato on 6 September 2021 order I’d :3722609535
. It was smelling and not eatable at all. I asked for help from executive even shared all the needful details. He misbehaved and said Zomato is not responsible for all this. You yourself contact restaurant at 11.30 pm and said he will not help me. And during this pandemic I will not play with my health during this pandemic as soon as I opened the food it was not fresh and I am disheartened that I was starving and got this. And then this kind of behaviour with executive (Ashmit) being regular customer.
