I have placed an order through Facebook Ad given by Sabbions that Cotton linen shirt (Pack of 4) of Rs. 1199/- in COD mode. And after placing the order Sabbions confirmed my order with order number 8323.
But when I received my order through Shiprocket (AWB No: SRTC0208938858) and paid Rs. 1199/- in cash. And after unpacked the percel I found that only 2 number old and used shirt nicely packed in side that shipment. Also colour and quality not matched as per Advertisement commitment. I have attached the image for your reference.
Also mentioning that Sabbions having return policy within 30 days from date of receiving the product.
So I have mail on same day i .e . 29.5.2023 to the mentioned email id of Sabbions for take return that product. But till date they have not returned that dispute products.
