Text of Complaint by S Patil:

The product is purchased on 27th Feb, Also extra amount was paid for an extended warranty. Its preventive maintenance is done in July. The product stopped working from 30th August and till date, it is not functional. Lots of complaints were raised. calls made to the service center but till date problem is not resolved. It is lot of hardship faced and the product is new barely less than one year and the breakdown started, Also services are not provided even though the product is in the warranty period. Not able to use the product since the last one month causing deprived of sleep leading to fatigue and stress as I am a central govt servant with responsibilities.
