My self Ashwin Vp using Vodafone 9037397025 last few months facing bad network issues in our area. Lot of times complained in Vodafone customer service for bad network can’t use what’s App and other browsers. Once they registers complaint Reference No.4-26759663106 dated on 10/feb/2019. But they closed the complained with temporarily network issue very next day.
Iast week called 199 toll free number and discuss my issues to customer care executive. But executive told me to direct complaint to network service authority and call after 11am.
Since that day I can’t connect 198/199/9846098460
I’m very dissatisfied with your poor customer care services and regret with vodafone connection.
