After having a couple of conversations with vodafone customer service department regarding poor network services, I am still not able to overcome the issue. Each time when I was raised a complaint, I got pathetic cordiality from customer service executives and of course the network team since they are concerned. Every time there is advertisement about 4G and much more by calls and messages and not able to fulfill the basic network services. Kindly look into the issue and take action because many people are facing difficulties. Thank You.
