Text of Complaint by Mithilesh Vidyarthi:

Network is very weak, I can not make calls and nobody else can call me even. But with this bad service Airtel has been asking full payment every month with this fake assurance that network problem will be resolved very soon.

When I realized that Airtel is not doing anything accept making fake promises, I stopped paying bills with request to a permanent solution.

Either reduce the bill amount until network gets improved or refund the half of amount I paid to Airtel since last 12 months for this bad service/ network.

But instead of providing any solution Airtel disconnected my number which is an unfair business practice by any service provider.
