This complaint is regarding Vodafone extremely poor signal issues that I have witnessed around my area most of the time. These poor signals leads to bad call quality and slow internet connection, thus hampering my business to a great extent.
My area – Avas Vikas sector 16B, Sikandra, Agra, UP.
Please look into the matter and do the needful so that the issue can be resolved as soon as possible. I have been told that the network engineer has done the survey in my area and tried to fix this issue. It’s been a month that I have been fooled around like this. I am really very disappointed with this behaviour of such a big company.
If you claim that network engineer has done the survey then please let me know the details of that engineer so that I can contact him directly.
