Text of Complaint by SHEFALI SUTALIYA:

Hello,

It is to bring to your notice that I have been facing poor network issue from past two months. I have been calling the customer care for over 12 times in the last two months ( 98430 98430). I explained them very clearly about the network that my number is not reachable most of the times despite staying at a prime location in the city. There has literally been no action or solution. I ported my number from Airtel to Vodafone because of your service, but now I feel it was the biggest mistake.

I am a business women, and over the last two months I have lost clients just because my number has NOT BEEN REACHABLE. Who is gonna compensate for this? VODAFONE? Patic service and customer care people talk with such attitude as if they are doing a heavy favour on us. I even mentioned it that if not resolved it wouldn’t take a minute for me to switch to other network. This clearly shows YOU DON’T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AT ALL. I’m going to make sure, I recommend all people around me to switch to some other network who ever is holding VODAFONE, since you don’t care who stays who doesn’t.
