I have been facing this poor network issue since more than a year now and even after repetitive complaints regarding it, no action as been taken.
Above all, because of the poor network issue, I am unable to use the data.
Literally, I requested one of their official to visit my place to check what type of signal I get from my home when they said that I do get network which is moderate. They ignored my request by relying on digital data readily available on the website and their application – https://www.airtel.in/opennetwork/
