I am an airtel prepaid customer studying at Sharda University, Greater Noida, U.P. .
In my area of residence the My Airtel app through its Open Network feature shows about 5 to 8 fully functional 4G network towers operating in the area but still i am unable to get proper mobile data speed and there is steep increase in the call drop and voice mute during phone calls . Thats Thats a very pathetic service being provided by the Indian Telecom giant Airtel that claims to provide fastest 4G network in India. Please resolve it as soon as possible.
