Respected sir,
I am from Berhampore, Murshidabad, WB. I had recharged my airtel prepaid sim with 2gb/day data pack, but cannot use it due to VERY POOR NETWORK speed provided in my locality by your company. Same is the case with all my friends and other people using Airtel in this locality.
The role of network speed is very crucial for online classes and meetings. While others using different networks can do it very smoothly, I am completely frustrated with the service of Airtel in this locality.
I would request you to look into this matter as quickly as possible and take immediate actions, and help me and my friends out. Else all of us would be forced to PORT our SIMs to other operators, who provide excellent service in this locality.
I would be highly obliged if you solve this matter as quickly as possible.
