Sir/ Ma’am, since it has been 3-4 years after the introduction of the network. I want to share some experience about it…
When it was first introduced. The network was so good that no other operators was able to compete and most of all it was free and provided unlimited data and voice call which was later reduced to data limit. Now ever since the customer’s here started paying like before … The network connection has gone so bad that its worst than 2g. Isn’t it supposed to be better than when it was free that we are paying for the services. The net is worst mainly in my area where I can’t even talk to someone properly… The network tower shows full but it takes a lot of time to load a page leave aside streaming videos online. It’s just in my area where the network is the worst. If I go out just 50 metres away from my home … The network becomes good again… Do I have to go out just to browse the internet… It was the best before but it’s the worst now… I humbly request the concerned department or authorities to please fix the problem … If there is no area to set up towers then I’ll be happy to give some space in my home too … Please fix it guys… Thank you….
