I have been using Airtel numbers from quite a few years. From past 1.5 years i have started facing  network issues at my Residence in East Patel Nagar and Office in Rama Road Industrial Area. It is impossible to make calls while you are inside the premises. I have been regularly making complaints for the same but no action is been taken. Service advisor is been appointed he makes a visit finds fault in the network forwards the request to so called back end team of Bharti Airtel but nothing is been done.

I have 11 numbers in total which i am using as corporate numbers –

Apart from these 5 numbers have been ported to Jio for having no other option. If this mail is been looked up by Bharti Airtel please give us a solution its really a problem to make whats app calls and step out of the premises to make calls and receive messages.
