This complaint is being logged from New Delhi Tuberculosis Center ,Delhi it is a diagnostic Lab under state government. There are around 12 Airtel customers in this lab and we all are unable to get calls or use internet all over the Lab and it has become a big problem for us as none of the users miss on important calls and due to poor connectivity neither Dongles nor modems work. we are paying so much for calls and internet every month but are unable to get the services up to mark.
You are requested to please visit the site and provide an appropriate solution to the problem as we are really unhappy with the network issue.
