we would like to registered a complaint regarding your Poor telecom network quality.
We have been raising complaints regarding the Call drop issue & network issue, every month from past 3-4 years. But no action has been taken to resolve the issue from your side. By this you can understand how this service provider treats their customers.
Current complaint No’s :- 312502130216353 & 312502203506132.
I feel Airtel is forcing us to change into other network, because he didnot have the time for corporate customer.
It is not just at any specific place but network connectivity is poor all over delhi city. Whether I am in my office in Wazirabad Delhi or at home in Rohini, Delhi, network is same. Calls drop suddenly, internet is good for nothing, voice do not pass through.
It is my corporate number and all my colleagues facing same level of frustration.
We are looking for feedback else we have to switch whole corporate account to any other service provider.

Other service provider is 200% better than airtel at the moment.
