It really pathetic to notice the Airtel Services when it come to the customers. You could not honour none of your promises in attending the network issues since couple of years. You had asked time till 22nd Sep 2020 as per your trailing mail. But no action even till today. I don’t have any other options other than porting to some other provider. The irony of the fact is that the amount you chase for payments though there are enough no of days left for due date, are not shown in addressing the customer issues.
