Text of Complaint by Swarnav Ghosh:

This is to highlight you that I am continuously facing slow internet speed from last one month. I am living in Noida sec 82 and my office is also in the same location however the internet speed is slow all the time.

 

I have raised a complaint # C003-32840559563 on 3rd  of sept. As per the agent, it supposed to be resolved in 48 hrs. The issue was not resolved however I received a message on 5th of sept stating that my issue has been resolved.

 

I have again raised a complaint # C003-33324752686 on 10th of Sept, which was again resolved on 16th of sept, however this time I received a call from Vodafone agent but I said that the problem is still persists, however later in the day I received the message stating that my issue has been resolved.

 

I don’t know how professional you guys are, but this is something very unprofessional from Vodafone. I never expect this kind of poor services from you. This is not the first time I am highlighting you about your services, but your services and responses from you agents getting worse day by day. If you are not able to provide services properly than let us know so that we can switch it another services.
