Hi
I have a complaint regarding low internet speed on 22nd Dec20, complaint Ref number is 31- 3516217284971, the issue is not resolved even after 9 days(time given to resolve the issue). Today on 3rd Jan 2021 I am putting this in the issue again in your notice through complaint no 31-3534852044833. I would also like to know the reasons for not resolving this issue in the given time and closing my previous complaint(Ref number is 31- 3516217284971) without resolving the issue.
