Dear Sir
I am having postpaid connection of Vodafone with monthly rental of 399. I am very much disappointed with the poor internet service of Vodafone at my number whereas internet service of jio is much more times better than Vodafone.
In this lockdown period children’s are having online classes but because of this poor Internet service of Vodafone it’s creating a huge problem for me and children’s whereas I am also having Jio SIM which is providing very good service at much lower cost than Vodafone.
Please look into this matter or otherwise I have to think about some alternate options.
You are also not providing any direct customer care executive number for representing our problem. I think Vodafone is only concerned with collecting money without giving proper service.
