I have registered a complaint agaist poor data & network issue (including frequent call drops) being faced by me on my postpaid airtel mobile network at Delhi but to no avail (request/complaint via Reference No. 31-2489793442696 on 23/09/2019 20:12:54). The company rep says it shall take 4 working days to resolve. The statement is difficult to comprehend given the fact that the issue can take so long to resolve in the National capital. please help
