My name is Ridhi Sharma. And i am using vodafone sim card. My number is 7053053903. I have paid for 3 Months internet package of Vodafone internet (4G connection) costing around ₹400. And it’s been 3 weeks that I am not even getting 2 g speed at my room.
First it was very fine. Now it’s been next to impossible to even send a Whatsapp message.
Many times I have complained. But the Vodafone network has no solution. They were just giving date. And now even I not able to contact customer care. I think they have blocked me or something.
I hope you will consider my request. I hope you will either refund my money or my internet services will be Normal soon.
