I’m Neeraj Naithani, Vodafone No 9999341352. I’m highlighting the poor service support imparted by VI to me. My mobile was lost due to which I applied for a new sim on 28 Mar 2023, however the issue remains unresolved till 01 APR 2023 as i write this complaint
28 March 2023 , I lost my mobile with the above Nos at Indore
I visited Vodafone care and Airtel Care at Indore on 28 March at abot 1730 hrs. Airtel reactivated my mobile No within 2 hours, however there has been no response from Vodafone since then.
The customer support at Vodafone care dealing the case is very poor and utterly humiliating.
I have been enquiring time and again but there is no response or feedback. Most of the times they do not pick my calls or disconnect the calls. They are rude in their behaviour and have not provided any concrete explanation as why despite more than 80 hours the No has not been activated.
I even told them incase they can’t solve my problem they must give me the No of their superiors/ Vodafone head Central India , which they are not ready to provide.
Their standard response is sir it will take just two hours and we will get back to you but they never get back.
I’m suffering immense hardship and harassment. My Vodafone No 9999341352 is linked to my bank accounts, primary mail and WhatsApp.
