Hi Vodafone Poor Sevices,

I paid you guys Rs 99 for Caller Tune Service and called thrice to deactivate Pre Announcement Service. However, A stupid lady deactivated my caller tune services instead of understanding what actually is going on.

Moreover, Blocked the services to Contact Vodafone Customer Care.

I called to Vodafone again from an Airtel Number. A lady didn’t understand anything and refused to activate Caller Tune Services on my number. Moreover, Clearly refused to connect to any Manager or Supervisor.

Today is Diwali, I wanted to activate a beautiful song on my number and for which I paid to Vodafone. In return, you guys spoilled my mood in the morning, deducted Rs 99 for which I didn’t get anything in return a part from tension and bloody deactivating customer services.

I am totally disappointed from your services and I am definitely be going to consumer court and will be posting on Social Media like Facebook and Twitter about how you treat your customers and in return you provide them tension and spoilling mood on a festival day.
