Text of Complaint by Vivek pratap singh:

It is very sad to inform you that i have port my vodafone sim into airtel 3-4 days ago through airtel store near my residence jail road near DM chauraha hardoi. It’s been more than 24 hours to active my airtel sim through tele verification but store employees did not recharge my no yet. I personally visit 4 times within 24 hours regarding this they everytime told me a new excuse like value not available i will do it within 1 hours etc.

It is very frustrating for me as a serviceman i have time issue as a government employee.

This is very poor first impression, i hope you will soon look into matter and insure onother customer may not suffer through these problems.
