Text of Complaint by Gurunathan:

My father’s SIM is not working since 3 weeks ago & i walked into the nearest airtel mini showroom in perumbakkam . The customer service provider (Mr.Panneer) said i need to bring my father in person to the showroom & then only the new SIM can be issued. I mentioned my father is very old & weak and can’t walk until the showroom & requested his alternate advise for the SIM replacement. He said no other alternate & need to bring my father in person & started behaving rude. Then i went to the OMR airtel show room & complained about this service provider attitude & requested for solution. One of the CS representatives said he will drop down at my home for the SIM registration & issuance. No one came & i managed to take my father to the airtel mini show room & new SIM got issued .But its not working .Again i called customer service team .He said some one will drop at my home to sort this out.Still now no one came to my house also & the SIM also not replaced . This shows the poor service level of Airtel .
