I have been deprived of TataSky service for the past 2-3 days due to “No signal”.
I had called and booked a slot between 2-pm today for a technician visit. Its 5.41 pm right now and the technician has not bothered to visit or honor the commitment.
Seems like TataSky no longer care for their customers. Their service quality has been degrading and its very disappointing.
A brand like “TATA” used to epitomize impeccable “Customer Service”; however, it does not any longer.
