I raised the complaint to VI on poor quality service, call drop (Compliant Reference Number – C606802209, 4-98202380394).
There was no technical support response from VI and received email from Customer service collection office by Yashwante, Rahul (MUM), Vodafone Idea <Rahul.Yashwante@vodafoneidea.com>.
I have send 2 reminder mails on my complaint to Yashwante, Rahul (MUM), Vodafone Idea <Rahul.Yashwante@vodafoneidea.com> but there was no response from them either.
I have suffered a lot due to the degrade services and finally have to opt to port to other network.
Now VI is harassing me by making threatening and continously making a call.
