Text of Complaint by Ashish Sardana:

The plot adjacent to grand hill is occupied by labour/construction workers, who burn fuel that fills the flat with smoke. I was assured by Sandeep that I will be shifted to another unit (3 months ago) as and when there’s availability but he booked the recently vacated flat (House num 202) to new tenants ignoring all shifting initiation requests from my end.

The construction workers create havoc in the early morning and late evening. There’s a lot of noise which disturbs my studies.

The flat was in a dirty condition and no professional cleaning was done at the time of check in. I had complained of a foul smell and found a dead rat in the bedroom during diwali cleaning. After numerous requests, Sandeep did not arrange any cleaning pre/post that incident.

I asked for an additional key to the main door since I had only 1. Sandeep (Stanza’s point of contact) instead of providing an extra, asked me to get a duplicate key made by any local key maker. This makes me question the safety of the main door locks at stanza. I feel unsafe thinking about this.

I had asked Sandeep to help me contact the grievances department of stanza, or someone from the management team, so as to directly report these inconveniences. But he claims that he’s the only point of contact for stanza grand hill. This prolonged my communication with the management and escalated the matter.
