Order number : 522533487817 SV COLLECTIONS BLUE BRICK WALLPAPER.
I had paid for 4 pieces of the wallpaper and received something completely different. I immediately booked an exchange since I received wrong item and that too it was next to nothing.
While placing the exchange, I misunderstood and placed only 1 quantity instead of 4 to exchange, which I immediately informed the customer service since I was not able to cancel the request.
When I received my exchange parcel, it was clear that the customer service did not clear the situation/misunderstanding of the same and reached out once again, requesting for either the other three quantity or providing me a refund. But the customer service straightaway said that there is no way they are to be held responsible for this. Then what was the point of reaching out to customer service and informing them? I provided and informed them with everything. I completely understand that i should have been more careful, but its truly disappointing and concerning to me that the customer support even refused to provide previous chats of mine with them (which they can still access) and closed the conversation forcefully, leaving me at loss of money as well as not receiving my ordered quantity.
