HI,
i never expected this level of service from amazon. I placed a order on 6th sept as it said 2 days delivery. my order hasn’t arrived yet. You customer service is so pathetic. you make me wait on line for 30 mins and then hung up.
I chatted with a girl today on 15 sept at 12:51 pm. i kepi requesting her to connect me to a manager but she didnt. she kept me waiting for 40 mins and letter hung up on me but didnt connect me to a manager. i want a stick action to be taken again her. Please check the record of my chatting with her.
