Order ID : 110166577837. Order placed at 0719hrs, for breakfast, get a call at 0800hrs that item not available, on asking the delay the store mentioned they didn’t get order, swiggy said the the store didn’t update in time. Then asked them to send anything from the menu instead to avoid more delay same price or less, options given, then swiggy asked for more money, since the store prices are different and price on swiggy are diff. Whose problem is that ? Lady executive Azra as she spelled her name, was not helpful and asked her to connect me to someone senior, this guy Sam calls me then. He spoke to me and assured I would get something, be it any item on menu. Again i got a call from a lady executive from Swiggy named Asra, she mentioned the same story at 0840hrs of item not available. I got fed up by then and asked to cancel. This is utterly dissatisfying, disappointing and not right for loyal customers.
