Text of Complaint by Francis:

I have been trying to contact the Airtel and it hasn’t been possible. I wish I could abandon my line and stop using it. I did it before and I can do it again. I’ve dialed the 111 and 121 number and there’s no way to get through. The self care portal is the worse thing they did because it’s a disaster as it can rarely satisfy customers desire.

 

I tried on Twitter and I’m sure I’ll likely be getting  a feedback by end of the year.

I simply need to reach a call center agent to resolve to assist me.
