I have raised a complaint on 16/08/2022 against the not working wi fi router of mine. But they just taking things granted.
One service engineer came to check at my doorstep on 17/08/2022 and I told that guy to come or try to reschedule at 2’0 clock as I was on my way back home and I reached before 2 pm. After that he just didn’t even pick up the call and moreover I was continuously trying to contact the customer care and they were just consolidating me by saying “I am raising your complaint as high priority” but the truth is nobody gave a priority to me. After that today (18/08/2022) after coming back home I was just trying to contact each and every way possible to get my router fixed but they were simply repeating the words. I am tired and very disappointed by the behaviour of Jio Customer Care Services. I am not able to use internet for the last 3 days. And I want my money back for these 3 days.
