Text of Complaint by Baljit Sangwan:

Hi,

I am receiving many emails and phone calls regarding a pending bill payment on my Airtel Connection. I would like to state that I have paid the full amount of 8150 + GST in the month of February 2021 for 100 MBPS Annual plan with fibre cable.
I initially got only 40 mbps of internet speed however, in the month of April, It was upgraded to 100mbps.
Yesterday, Airtel had discontinued my internet connection even after informing the customer care many times that I have paid the amount in full. I do not see any justification to this action taken by the company.
My CONCERNS ARE – 
 
1) My Internet Connection discontinued without any proper reason or factual communication to me.
 
2) Endless calls, messages and email reminders for the payment which I have already paid in the month of february,
3) Activation of 40 Mbps speed for the first two months, while the amount taken from me is for 100 Mbps.
4) No support from the customer service team.
Kindly look into the matter.
