Hello ,

I have been using Vodafone for more than years when i bought this sim it was life long validity but now i got message saying my validity ends by day after tomorrow. So i spoke to the customer care they said in next 15 days I won’t receive any call. Since I don’t recharge using any “SUPER PACKS” How can you change my SIM validity ? and threaten me saying if you don’t recharge your Sim can’t be used I don’t wanna use this SIM anymore majorly because poor customer satisfaction.I;’m gonna do SIM port to AIRTEL.
