POOR CONNECTION /Network and allowing Right of port to other service better service provider. This no (8368263677 -airtel connction) has been applied for port on 29th June 2019 and till date as on 14.07.2019 the airtel had not released my no for port to other service provider. my concern in detail is stated below in full details of compliant.

Respected SIR/MADAM

I and my family members is a consumer of   four airtel connection ,out of four  three connection is  prepaid and one of postpaid provided officially to me by INDIAN RAILWAY. I am resident of A-201 ,SECTOR-36 GREATER NOIDA . Four last six month  the all airtel connection have very poor and below standard  network.

This results in huge loss in regard my official work and my  both child utilising online courses  and application for better education from Byjus . Being an govt official and associated with National important project of Railway; i required proper network so that i can coordinate  my project even on holidays.

But  it is unfortunate i believed in airtel and all connection  of me and my family is of airtel and at his stage of critical education and service to nation is seriously affecting  due to very poor service  as provided by AIRTEL. Accordingly  i was forced to port at least one connection to facilitate my  essential duty from home  by mail and other online mode on holiday and above to this  to serve  purpose  to  my  two  child  who is student of class  VIII & IX . They  required a good  network to accommodate their day to day online learning & to attend online test thereof  for better future.

In view of above i moved a step  to port first of one airtel connection belongs to me i.e 8368263677 on 29th of June .Till date they are not released  my said number so that i can utilise service of better network provider.The consumer care no 121 not giving any option so that i can put my words and hence i attempted this platform to resolve the issue in favour  of better education to my child and  give me opportunity to serve my project on essential requirement on holiday.

Hope the hon’ble platform of natural justice will stand my serious concern .
