Text of Complaint by chetak dipak sawant:

1. if jio is strict about the time limit of our package, whenever there is sudden disruption in the jio network on a large scale due to poor jio infra, the lost time should be added to our data limit,
2. a call center assistant should be able to explain the reason behind such sudden disruptions.
3. Whenever a customer asks for assistance in regional language , calls should not be diverted to a person speaking in other or hindi language.
4. whenever our data is about to expire, you guys text us continuously, with the same business ethics whenever there is an issue is network by your side, JIO owes an explanation to every single customer affected by it.
please answer each and every single querry.
