Text of Complaint by BELLALA CHANDRAMOHAN:

Hi Team,

I am not seeing full airtel signal in my mobile from the last 4 months. I am not even getting 2,3 points in signal. I am loosing calls everyday. Most of the times, calls are not getting connected.

Sometimes it is telling customer is busy, when I called the same customer with my alternate network number, it is connecting. I called customer care, they are not taking as complaint. They are asking me to do manual and automated network, those are not working.

I sent the mail to 121@airtel.com. They didn’t gave any reference number. But they said it will resolved in 2 months. It is 3 months. Still the issue is not resolved.

I have recharged with unlimited offer for 84 days with around 500 rupees. I lost money and no proper service and refund of the money.

All my friends who are using the airtel are also facing the same issue in my area. But still airtel is not resolving my issue.

I have attached a screenshot which shows current network signal.

Top one signal is airtel, bottom one signal is JIO.
