Text of Complaint by RASHMI M:

I have purchased one year OLA CARE + policy for my scooter on Feb 1st 2024. Its been almost 20 Days still in app its showing policy creation ongoing, also i called helpline for help but there i am getting only one answer use OLA app to raise issue as executive busy. If i goto APP and trying to raise issue, there is no option to raise an issue. I also mailed twice to OLA support mail ID. But there also simply closing my ticket without any resolution or consent. amount is already taken but no response from any side.. it is like they made as we cannot able to contact them in any way.
