I have been loyal users of pokerbaazi app since 2018 and have deposited ton of money on the platform. Everything was going smooth over the years but last month i reported an issue to the team regarding one bug in the app which kicks you out from game and by the time you come back on the app your hand is over. Pokerbaazi didn’t believe and i had to screen record entire gaming session to prove them and provided them a video proof for the same. They compensated me some amount and asked me to change the phone and switch to android version of the app. I have switched to android version of the app and the last 3 days i have deposited over 120k (1,20,000) and lost multiple hands when i had pocket AA or pocket 10,s as i was kicked out from the app and when I reconnected the app i was timed out. Lost about 30k just because of this issue and now they want video proof. How can a person always screen record all of the gaming session while playing. It is impossible and the team is not helping me now. Please beware of online poker apps especially pokerbaazi and always keep the screen record On as u never know what can happen in the running game and if you dont have proofs then u will end up losing all of your money
