I ordered Tilda Rice, payment via UPI, and it was deducted from my account Yesterday night. In the portal still, it’s reflecting payment is pending. Enclosed is the screenshot. Now i m seeing lots of people filing similar complaints against this website. The contact No and Contact Email mentioned is also not reachable on the website.
